Recording Video off the Net

Is there a simple way to record video off the internet? Most clips it is possible to download.

Some places where you go, I can only watch it on media player and cannot save it. Like Tony Blair's 'A day at being PM', etc.

I think they usually go in this folder by default in xp

C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR LOG ON NAME\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

Try a demo of WM recorder which records as you stream, also records Real Video. Certain legalaties to be aware of, saw this reviewed recently in PCA.

Try JetAudio click here It can record what you hear, but I've never bothered looking to see if it will do video as well(and it can decode most filetypes too)

The WM recorder is fine, but the demo version oly allows you to record 2 mins.

Jet audio only records audio.

I had a think, and surely the online video will be downloadable, unless its copyright protected.
