Ok'ish... Most people have temperature about that, it al depends on where you case is, what cooling you have as well as many other factor's.

Simple way of bringing the temperature down is to just add 2 more fan's, at the front near the bottom of the case and near the top, which will dramatically cool your case.

But it is up to you if you want to leave it, or perhap's cool it to get better performance.

Make sure there is a flow of air created by your fans. If you have two, one should be blowing out and the other blowing in, with the air passing over the circuit boards. If the fans are too close together, the air will simply pass from one fan to the other, with the air around the boards not moving.

I would look at where you've got your pc in the room too.

48'c for the system temp is very high, though the cpu temp is ok.

as for air flow, [email protected]@m is spot on. Make sure you have enough fans to create a good flow. I've got 2 intake fans and 2 exhaust fans.

How old is the PC?

How long since it was cleaned out?

Have you checked for "dust bunnies"

Are all the fans working correctly ? including in the power supply.

Do you have it free standing or inside a cupboard ?

Is there plenty of air space behind it ?
