Any router will match the above requirements - pick one that matches your chosen wifi protocol, be that 11g, Draft-n or whatever. The OS is irrelevant - as it is for any hardware that does not install.

By the way; almost all of the complaints about Belkins seem to originate from people who have no clue about networks, which may or may not be coincidental, but I strongly suspect that there is a correlation. My home network has always been run by Belkin routers (the current model is two years old).
