Recommendations for a RSS reader please

There seem to literally hundreds of readers available.

Can anyone point me to a good one.

NB - I use IE6 and don't particularly want to change browser.

I use neither because of Firefox, but Tristina and Abilon are probably two of the better free ones:

Thanks for responding baldtaco.

They both look good and I may be giving them a try in the future.

Since I posted I found Microsoft recommend Sharpreader click here and while looking for rss/xml sources I stumbled across Google's reader which can added to the personalised homepage. So at the moment I'm, playing with that. When I find the huge flaw that always seems to ruin otherwise superb Google products I suspect I'll switch to one of your suggestions.

The huge flaw seems to be that that Google reader is several hours behind updating its "news".
