Had a problem with Roxio Creator DE, posted tuesday (no replies). So thought it might be drivers. Scanned with "driver-oracle" found 18 need updating but wants £30 for privilege. Anyone recommend a free one, found "device doctor" which seems ok. TIA Tango 18

Unless you have problems with drivers, leave them alone.
If you do need to update, go to the application site, and do it there.
You can always try Device Manager> uninstall the Driver on the application you want to refresh and then reboot.

I use DriverMax which may not be the best but it is free with limitations. It is not quick as they delay you with notifications in an attempt to make you want to buy the Pro version and you are limited to 4 downlaods in 24 hours. However it is free and it does work.

There really is no reason to pay anyone anything to update drivers

The best place is the hardware manufacturers web site where latest drivers are usually available and totally free

you can get drivers for free from dell website

Dont go near them! Update all drivers manually from the manufacturer. Most driver updataters cause more problems!
