I = Aol
He =

A week ago he received 6 copies over something like 30 mins.

More recently only 2!

Yesterday only 1.

He thinks its my fault!
Good natured but a sceptical tone to his voice and I know I'm pure as the driven snow.

Am I to blame?

I know nothing about AOL e-mail but is there a setting to increase the timeout?

I had this with Outlook when sending attachments and increasing the timeout value stopped it.

I have a friend who is on aol I am on supanet occasionally he sends me attachments I allways recieve more than one copy I simply delete what I don't want

Following your lead VoG™ I tried Aol live help just now.
Found I was 11th in the queue.
Will try earlier tomorrow, but I suspect Aol shelters its own by not wearying the minds of their members with such absract technicalities.

Aol help much more prompt, no queue.

Sagun Sharma of Talisma corpn. had nothing new to say except perhaps to "restore the Aol software."

In my mind I'm sure the answer lies with friend's ISP.
Firstly the problem now in the recent past, and secondly, I have only just gone over to XP with a rebuild of all the software including Aol, and nobody else has moaned, before or since.
