My friend and I, who live in same house, each have a computer connected by wires to BT Broadband via same modem. We both use Outlook Express which has worked for 6 years. Yesterday neither could send or receive. We spent nearly 3 hours on phone to BT India who took over the computers and did loads of tweeks to OE and all was working. However, we now find that all my friend's received emails are being copied to me but mine are not copied to her. Help please?!
Yes, the accounts are very similar. We both are @btopenworld.com with our own names in front. My friend is still receiving emails but they are also being copied to me. So would it be unlikely that the a/c has been tweaked to one recipient?
