I tried to install another version of XP on my laptop but it failed few time so I up dated de existent version.
the problem I have now is every time I reboot the computer it goes first to the installation that failed which means every time I have to redirect it the working installation, so I ask you if you can help me to either remove the failed version or a way for my computer to go to the working installation every time I reboot it.
Thank you all

Re-format the disk and then install the os of your choice or, fdisk and then format and install.

I can not format the disk that’s why I did what I did in the first palace

What about editing your autoexec.bat in dos to automatically load the correct version?

Could you tell me how to do so? Plz
Thank you
