Reading a PPS file

I have a windows 95 system,
am unable to read a file that came in classified as a pps file.
Any help will be much appreciated

Newuser1064, it is a PowerPoint show. To view it you need PowerPoint, or at least the PowerPoint viewer. The sender of the show could use the PowerPoint "Pack and Go" feature to include the PowerPoint viewer ppview32.exe withe the show so that it can be viewed on a pc that doesn't have PowerPoint installed. If you need more information post back and I'll expand on the subject.
