Since reloading Office 2007 after installing W7 I find that on opening and saving files in Excel or Word I am warned that the file is read-only and that it should be saved under another name. On checking in Explorer, however, the read-only attribute box is unticked. Any solutions to this, please? All my files are on a separate partition to that with the operating system so were untouched during the full installation of the operating system.
