Re-installing OEM windows XP

I know there has been a lot of questions like this but I can't find one that answers my specific question so apologies if this is repetitive.

I have a comp that I built my self and I have an OEM windows XP disc that I installed on it. Question is: If I had to wipe my hard drive for whatever reason and start again, will I be able to use this same disc to load Windows in again or would I need to buy another one. I know I can't use it on a new hard drive but want to know if I can reload it into the original if I have any future problems.

Thanks.
