Re-establish connection with my talktalk.net email

Trying to configure "Outlook" to connect with the TalkTalk server to re-connect with my e-mail account! Tried my correct e-mail address, and the talktalk provided password, but Outlook can find the connections.

My account has not been accessed for 9 days.

It happened AFTER Talktalk sent me a new router WHICH DIDN'T WORK. They have now sent me a better, faster Router WHICH DOES WORK. BUT, still, I cannot receive or answer emails using my talktalk.net connection . What should I do to re-establish the connection?

Check your talktalk POP3 email settings in Outlook email client click here

just noticed you said

err.... you use your email password that you chose and set up - not the talktalk internet connection password that talktalk provided.
