Re-boot after update to 2nd HD

I have two internal HDs C & P both bootable to Win XP Home SP2.
I have just done a sweep with SuperAntiSpyware on C that requires a reboot to complete.
If I re-boot to P does that complete the task or must I reboot to C.
Thanks.

I would think a reboot would be needed to clean "spyware" files from the system that are in use. Therefore booting to P would not do this but perhaps when you eventually boot to C the task might be carried out, perhaps.

I've had this set up for a while and thought I would finally ask.
Your reply appears to be the logical answer, but
I will leave open for a while for any further observations.
Many thanks.

“Must I reboot to C.”

YES, you must reboot to the drive that you ran the program on to finish the task

Rebooting to the other drive will not do anything
