Hi, Does anyone know why, when Adaware Scans, that some of the files being scanned show in Green fonts, and the rest in Black fonts?

Why are some files being scanned with Green fonts?
Is there any significance to this?
just curious.
cheers.

Hmmm - I run it periodically and never noticed green font. Will check next time ;-)

Mine do - but I don't know the reason why - lol

Glad It's not just me then, thought I'd had too much red wine.
The 'scanning files' fonts turns to turn green mainly when scanning Cab or zip files.
Cant find any info as to why.
Hey Ho.

esbe, I wish I was drinking something else right now, but I`ve half a bottle of Blossom Hill Red fruity to finish. I`ve just checked mine and all I get is the regulation Black and blue. Because I`m drinking wine someone will probably say the colours should be red and green.

Don't worry about it. I get green files flashing up as well.

Hmmm,strange one that.

I was just curious,as there must be some reason why it does it.
Another of lifes mysteries no doubt.
cheers.

After you press start, look at the bottom of 'Select a scan mode' for Search for negligible risk entries and click on the Green tick which will change to a Red X.

Bingo. Result.

How did you figure that one out? You're a star.

Tried it your way and no green fonts show during the scan.
Thanks to you all for your input, and have a happy Christmas.

cheers.
