My brother is with Wanadoo dial up. He recently received an email informing him to update his dial up number. He has followed the instructions from the website and downloaded and run the automatic upgrade. He then gets the following error message...
"The file C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Network Connections\PBK\rasphone.pbk could not be opened."
When he looks in the Application Data folder, it is empty.
Is it possible for me to copy over my Microsoft folder to his PC thus enabling him to perform the upgrade and re-establish his internet connection? He has also tried to manually update it but to no avail.
