My ASRock 775i65G motherboad states that to run a Core 2 Duo chip at its rated speed i need to use DDR 400 RAM with a CL2.5.Nearly all the RAM i can find has CL3, can anyone tell me what the difference is and whether using CL3 RAM would make any difference?
Have you tried running the scanner from here click here to see what they say? Otherwise a call to them will give you an answer. They are very helpful.
Yes i ran the scanner, though it reccomends any DDR that will fit.I currently have DDR 333 Crucial RAM and totally agree they are a great company. A phone call may be the answer. Unless one of our regulars can help........;o)
