Raid Configuration Change

Hi.
I've just built a new puter, my first. I have fitted 2x200gb SATA HDDs, and also an 80gb IDE HDD. Windows XP Pro is installed on the IDE HDD, the theory being that if I had problems, I can fit another IDE HDD with Windows preinstalled. I used the RAID1 option for the 2 SATA HDDs, and was wondering if I can now change that to RAID0 without doing a clean install, to give me the extra storage, as I back up regularily to an external USB HDD.
The motherboard is an Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe, with AMD Athlon 64 3500+ (2.2 GHz)
