We're using quickbooks at work, seems to be straightforward enough to use when entering bills and invoices. However I have no experience of any other book-keeping software, so my comment may not be all that valid. :-(

I am not using Quickbooks we looked at it and now use MYOB for business accounts and continue to use Quicken for Personal Accounts.

I have checked the user guide for Quickbooks 8 (Pro version 5) and while it appears import of Quicken data should be possible, it suggests "Once you are using Quickbooks for your business you'll probably want to continue using Quicken for personal finances and investment accounts which can only be done in Quicken. Not sure if the Basic version is the same.

If you are looking for something to replace Quicken this might help click here
