Just curious - I'm got a book here, cover price for soft back £14.99 & I want to order one from Amazon. On the sellers' site, the hardback version is quoted as new at that price, but also at over £110 (shipped from the States). The new softback edition is shown between £41 and £77.Is this a bit odd, or am I missing something?
And the name of the book is...
It's The complete guide to close-up and macro photography by Paul Harcourt Davies
£11.49 delivered from Play.com
Looks to me like it's out of print, so will be priced according to demand.Try here, brand new for £11.99 click here
Ooops, didn't realize but it's temporarily out of stock at Play.com. Still, it may be worth the wait.
That's a different title, unfortunately.
If this is the bookclick hereyou have a choice between £13.00 to £103.00 from the states or £20.00 from the UK.Abebooks are excellent to deal with.
Thank you, one and all. I just couldn't understand the disparity in the prices!
