quarantined spyware help

  heezy45 10:09 07 Mar 2008

Good day,I have installed superantispyware on my pc which has been infected.the anti-spyware has detected and quarantined the infections on my pc,however i want to uninstall and use another antispyware.
Super-anti-spyware does not have any option of deleting the quarantined programs so i want to know:
1.if i uninstall will the spyware still be on the pc.
2.how do i delete them.
3.what is the essence of quarantine or better yet what it means by quarantine.
Thanks very very much for an answer.
And also there is a file called 'Amvo' which i was told by one of your guys as a spyware, can i find it somehow in the registry and delete it?if so how?

What about the `remove` button in the Manage Quarantine screen?
