I have a self built system using an Asus A7N266 -VM BOARD and a AMD 1.7 Processor.
It has worked without any problem for the past year until I moved it last week.
Besides a BIOS UPDATE can anyone suggest a solution to this problem

Have you tried a different keyboard and mouse and (i know it sounds silly) but are they plugged into the right sockets?

yeah or get a new keyboard with usb and use the usb port. or a PS2 to USB adapter should work. that is if you have usb.

Your thread title says PS2 Keyboard and Mouse not Responding. Now you are saying it is a USB Mouse which is working?

The USB MOUSE does work but both PS2 ports are not working ie mouse and keyboard
