Protecting a Word document

Hi - I have Word 2003 and want to produce a Word template to send out to various members of a club so they can use our official headed paper.

The logo is on the top left, and they will put their own name and address on the top right of the page.

Some of them are less computer literate than others, so can I make it that they cannot change the logo? Short of telling them not to, of course!

How?

Have the document open, then Tools>Protect Document. You then get a section which allows you to protect what you want. In my case, in the box in step 2, I chose to allow comments to be edited.

In Exceptions, I ticked Everyone, then in step 3, Yes, start enforcing protection. You then get the chance to enter a passsword and that's it.
Anyone can add their details but they can't change the logo or the footer.
