I have scanned my signature with the aim of inserting it onto (Word) documents to be e-mailed out to various people. To protect un-authorised copies being made of the signature I thought you just right clicked - format - lock anchor. This does'nt work though. So could someone please advise me how to protect my signature.thanks
Don't think there will be anything you can do to protect it - print screen will always allow someone to make a copy.May be worth making a 'letter' signature to use in such instances so your genuine signature is protected.
You could consider sending such documents as *.pdf from which graphics cannot be dissected. I believe.
Thank you both.Alan2 - I'll try this method. Thank you.
It will have to be a protected .pdf otherwise it can be extracted using Adobe Reader's select graphics tool.
Sorry to disapoint but even in a protected pdf it won't stop "print screen" from working :(
Also there are plently of free programs to extract graphics from pdf files..
