I run Win 98 2nd ed.

I dont think I have a virus as I scan with continualy updated AVg, Adaware SEplus, A Squared and Spybot.

My system apears tobe slow and I want to know what is the best method to check what is running on my PC at any given time.

I hit ctlr alt + delete and get some indication. is there a method to get the full picture?

To stop any unnecessary programs starting at bootup, Startup Inspector click here is pretty good.

Process Explorer click here is good to see which processes are hogging resources.

EndItAll2 click here stops all unnecessary processes in their tracks which can be useful for playing games and other processor intensive software.
