Is there a programme that when I make lists it will put them in alphabetical order. I try to do this when I start off but when I add to the list, say two days later it may be I'm adding something beginning with say "A" and the list ended on "F"
Thank you.Bri

Do you have Excel or Word?

....because to echo VoG™ if you put the data into a table you can use Tools > Sort > and choose which column and which way to sort the data.

Many thanks for the prompt replies.I'll give it a go as I have both Word & Excel.
I haven't used them such a lot and don't know many of their functions.I'll not tick as sorted until I've tried them, when I do you'll know I was successful. Bri

P.S. if you have a list in Word say from top to bottom of the page/s, simply highlight the lot and in Table (not Tools) select "Convert Text to Table.
When all is done and dusted you can if you wish reverse the process converting Table to Text.

In fact, in Word even if your list is not in a table you can select the list and Table > Sort.
