Processor checking?

Is my processor not working properly or on a go slow perhaps?

Like many who use this site I run United Devices.

It summarises my pc's performance as:

Overall performance: 89 against their 100

For memory I score 200 (768MB) to their 100(384MB)
Storage I get 98 (4.88gb) to their 100 (5gb)
Network I get 100 to their 100

It seems I am dragged down by - Processor only 11 against their 100 even though it says I have Intel Pentium4 1.8GHz to their Intel Pentium4 1.5GHz

Should I be worried? Is something wrong? Is my processor on a go slow or dying or is this somehow normal?

What can I do to check this or sort it out?

Many thanks in advance

Stop as many programs running at boot as you can, you can re-enable these from Start/Run/MSCONFIG/Startup Tab remove ticks from boxws Leave AV and Firewall running at all times unless troubleshooting. Then run Defrag on C:\ you should clear all tmp file before running Defrag
