Problems with Vista Explorer

Hello guys,

I'd really appreciate your help.
Every time when I run browsing of my photos, the Explorer says that it unexpectedly shut and attempts to recover and restart itself.

Other day,I just have my laptop being frozen for no good reason.
I have a Vista,32 bit.
I ran all scans, registry clean ups,CCleaner,Auslogics boostSpeed, but to no avail.
Could you advice please,

This behaviour is quite common if you are using a non compliant bit of software.

Can you explain more which program you are using and is it only during photo browsing that it happens?

Hi Anskyber,

I use a program affiliated with Vista Home Premium.
It is called 'Windows Photo Gallery'.Essentially, thi s issue is related to browsing through jpeg images.

I have the same predicaments with running Firefox.Sometimes it does fail to run the application.I have to close it up, and then restore session again.
Thanks so far.

Do you have the Vista DVD? If so try a startup repair. click here

No, unfortunately I do not have that.
This is a second hand laptop.
