I have been using my broadband router for about two years. it doesn't appear to be any kind of make that I know of, got it from a local computer shop. the original power adapter that came with it worked well for quite a while then it jus stopped working. I have since replaced the adapter about 3 or 4 times as it stops working. The voltage and the polarity are correct so I am stumped. Anyone else had similar problems.

...a problem with the power connector on the router.

Some advice: "it doesn't appear to be any kind of make that I know of, got it from a local computer shop."

Personally, I'd get rid of it and go for one of the better known makes, they are usually very reliable. Think Netgear, Linksys, Belkin or D-Link.
