Problems with Outlook

I have a problem with my Outlook (2000 version) which was installed by the engineer who installed my system. I operate Windows XP with SP2 and SP3. When I click on Outlook, it will open for a few seconds and then closes down. I do not have a disk to reinstall Outlook. Is there anything I can do?

This can sometimes be worth a go.

Windows XP
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /resetnavpane

Note the spce before the forward slash

It looks like you may have a problem with something other than just Outlook, judging by your other post about Media Player/Movie Maker which seems to exhibit a similar issue...

Woolwell. Absolutely brilliant. Many thanks. Outlook is up and running again.
