Problems after uninstalling AOL software

I'm in the middle of changing my isp from AOL to Tiscali. I'v uninstalled AOL browser software of my PC ready to install Tiscali in the next coming weeks. Now i can get on the net via IE but I get the following error message before I do: - Cannot find"file:///C:/programe%20files?aol520Toolbar?welcome.html." Make sure the path of the internet address is correct.

I'v changed my homepage to MSN and still get this problem. How can I solve this problem?

It sounds like there are still remnants of the AOL software in your registry. If you have a cleaner try that to clear it out. You could see if its in your start up list and prevent it starting as an alternative. To disable a start up program click here

Just tried that and still the same. When IE opens up all i get is a blank page. To get to msn I need to type the address. It seems like the homepage has changed, but when I look it's still men.
