Problem with sponsored links on this site.

  octal 16:44 22 Jan 2006

When I hover my mouse over the keyword sponsored links I can't read them, this is a screen shot:

If its only my system, that's fine, but if its more widespread there might be a problem that PCA need to know about. If you can test please.

I'm using Xandros Linux and Opera web browser.

I'm Ok at the moment (using Window XP and Firefox)

Thanks, I think it might be an Opera thing.

I've got the same problem, and I access PCA through Opera, any ideas why this happens would be welcomed.I'm on Win98se

Just accessed PCA through IE,and no problem, looks like you were right octal,it seems to be just with Opera

  octal 19:20 22 Jan 2006

Just tried it Firefox and I can see the links fine, so its definitely an Opera problem, as 1.5% of browsers in use are Opera, I wonder how significant that is in terms of numbers of people who can't see the sponsored links properly.

is tiny. I'm not saying that to be dismissive, but to put this into perspective. My view is that it's an Opera problem, rather than a PCA problem, and although we'll certainly look at it I doubt there's much we can do

My solution is to block the links using my Netgear routers 'keyword blocking' feature.

Not really acceptable, because PCA rely on those links to fund this site, without them there would be no help forum, sorry not having a go at you, its just a fact of life.
