Problem solved at last

Many thanks to all of you who gave me help and advise over the last 9 months. I have at last found out what was crashing my computer.
Although I had the correct type of memory for my Asuateck A7N8X motherboard it was the wrong flavour. My local computer shop recomended I try crucial. One phone call to them and they advised some dedicated ram. It worked, two weeks now and no problems.

Good to hear. Crucial is a good choice for memory upgrades, you just type in your make of board and they tell you what you need. click here
