Recently i have formatted my PC and installed windows XP on an NTFS partition.
After one-two trials its taking too much time to boot.
Once it got boot, there is a pop-up message showing that
"The file or directory c:\windows\system32\racpldg.dll is corrupted and unreadable.please use chkdsk utility."

is there any solution for this ??

Sounds like your hard-drive is reaching the end of its natural life. Check it with a manufacturer's diagnostic; click here
