I have this PC Specs: Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-970A-D3 RETAIL CPU: AMD FX-6350 3.9GHZ 6-CORE BOX RAM: MUSHKIN 997098 8GB (2X4GB) DDR3 1600MHZ GPU: HIS RADEON HD7870 2GB GDDR5 PSU: CORSAIR VS SERIES VS650 - 650W POWER SUPPLY

My problem is, when I install another same 8GB (2X4GB) ram, my PC restart random and blue screen... Why my PC do that ? My BIOS and Windows 7 Computer Properties they recognise the installed ram (16GB 4X4GB Ram) and when i take off the ram my pc works fine like before.I have going to IT for checked my ram and there is no handware problem. Please help me ! :(

If you remove the RAM that works and replace it with the new RAM does it still work?

Is the new RAM of the same type (timings)(it doesnt have to be same make).

Have you been overclocking?

No if i replace it with my new ram my PC doing the same problem (restart and blue screen. My new ram is exactly same with my older ram. No i havent been ever overclocking.

If its exactly the same as the RAM that works then the only conclusion that I can come to is that its faulty.
