I have just installed broard band but am having probs getting outlook express to work. It's asking me for my pops3 server and my smtp server.
I havent got a clue what these are. Can anyone help. I am running BT openworld as my isp...but there customer services line is a joke, takes forever to get through and when u do your in a queue. Cant take anymore of their terrible music.
Please help.

Thanks.
Paul.

you need these two "keys" to access email.
your pop3 could be (it is for dial-up) pop3.btconnect.com and smtp=mail.btconnect you set these in the server part of tools/accounts

From click here

Start Outlook Express
Click [Tools]
Select Accounts

Double click your mail account
Check that the settings are correct:

POP Server -
mail.btopenworld.com
SMTP Server -
mail.btopenworld.com

Your Username is the same as the part of your email address before the @

Click [OK]
