Problem with new Orange Mail Page

My Father is using IE7 with XP Home sp2 and is unable to log in to Orange Web mail.

I can on my machine and he can using Firefox.

I went over yesterday and cleared out his temporary files etc and checked his security settings which appear to be the same as mine yet still he cannot log in to Orange.

Typing user name and password just brings the same page back up.

As far as I can see he has no problem with any other sites although when I tried to log into the Tiscali home page it did ask for permission to continue.

if you believe IE is the culprit ,try resetting IE from the Tools / Internet Options / Advanced tab.

You will lose any addons.

Thanks for that suggestion. I shall call him now and get him to do that.

tools - Phishing Filter - turn off for that webb page.

I couldn't see how to do that on my computer so for the moment I have asked him to try the more drastic measure of resetting IE.

I will report back as soon as he gets back to me.

I also had problems with it, while I could log on to the webmail page, logging out wasn't possible This was using either IE6 or Firefox. Also on several days OE could detect the pop3 mail but not download it. They do however seem to have debugged it, as so far today it's working OK for me.
