Hi,

I am running my laptop with xp home and my email programe is Microsoft Outlook 2007.
I have been using this email programme for a long time and had no problems...until?

For some strange reason when I send an email to anyone the main body text of the email is full of Japan style writing & question marks.
It only started to do this yesterday, I have changed no settings and I have not altered anything?

I can receive and read all the email that come to my inbox.
I can't read any emails I send to other people, also they can't read them.. again just funny japan style writing or question marks?

Please can anyone help?

Many thanks in advance.

I don't know what could have done this but some things to try:
1)Office diagnostics - under Help on main menu
2)System restore
3)sfc /scannow
