problem with laptop

Hi there

Everything was fine, just one week ago I found out, that my laptop cann't boot, actually windows xp pro is gone.
It seems that hardrive is again broken(I had a problem with hardrive 3 months ago). They replaced it and it was again fine.
I've tried to install xp pro but no success. I did changes in BIOS, but still cann't boot from any CD(win xp pro, UBCD).
If I turn on my laptop, there are messages:
Intializing MBA..., Operating system not found..., PXE-E61-Media test failured, check cable

... any suggestion?

Cheers in advance,

Sounds like you need to check the Boot sequence in your BIOS.
