problem with internet home page

When I start open internet home page to be MSN.co.uk but it always came on automatic with different web address it still on on.... but I have remove the www address then came on again with same it impossible to remove ? can anyone help me please to stop the www. address and tell me how to do it ?

my system is windows xp home edition.

please help with your pleasure....

If you haven't done this already, (in IE)open 'Tools','Internet Options','General' - your homepage settings can be changed here.

However there is a problem at the moment with AD-AWARE 6 which causes IE to set the homepage to MSN automatically. If you are running AD-AWARE the current solution is to add the 'Possible Hi-Jack Attempt' result to the 'Ignore List' at least until a better solution is found.


If you still have a problem and you are not running any web cleaning software it may be worth downloading and running AD-AWARE despite the problem listed above.
