Problem with Epson Scanner after upgrading to 98 S

  SEAWISE DAVE 17:00 08 Sep 2003

I recently upgraded to Windows 98 SE from Windows 98. (Full instal from OEM CD)All Ok except that now I cannot get my Epson 610 Scanner to work. For some reason the Epson Twain software will not load. Device driver tells me that a driver is installed but "there is a problem".
Any quick ideas would be appreciated. There is no problem with my USB ports because I can run other devices OK.

I would have a look at Epson's website click here to make sure you are installing the latest version of software for that model. Where it says Quick Links, choose Drivers and programs. Select the product, model and OS and it will allow you to download the file needed.
