problem with an Epson D92

Trying to help a friend remove and then replace a cartridge in an Epson D92. Problem is, we can’t get it to stop in the right place to access it.
We’ve followed the pictures on the instruction sheet that came in the box; but after whizzing from side to side it always comes to rest with the cartridges under the right-hand side of the casing. The picture shows that it should stop where we can get at it.
I’m a Canon user, so rather stumped on this one.
Any Epson D92 users out there, please?

On my old Epson 880 I used to force the cartridges into the change position by holding down the Paper Feed button for 5 seconds. It's worth a try.

The buttons will only work if a cartridge is empty and needs replacing.
The easiest way is to use the 'Replace Cartridge' button in the Maintenance section of the Printing Preferences Box, and follow the Wizard. This will bring the Cartridges to the correct position to change them.

thank you both; specially BT - you seem to have solved the mystery.
