Hi all I have set up a password and message rules to ensure privacy for my emais using .pst personal folder. All emails addressed to me should end up in my password protected folder which indeed happens. However, I have tested this and when I choose not to enter a password, Outlook 2000 inbox still opens and emails addressed to me go into the default Inbox with an error message saying the password protected folder is not available which makes a nonsense of the privacy. In other words, anyone could decline to enter a password, and choose cancel with my emails being placed in the default folder. Can anyone suggest a better arrangement to maintain privacy? Thanks
