printing question for excel 2003

i have a spreadsheet i need to print but it goes onto a second landscape page (no problem there) all i need to do is print the 1st page (no problem) and the 2nd page (here is the problem!) with the headings of the columns.

any help would be greatly appreciated

Reduce the font size. To be quite honest I read that 3 times and it still makes little or no sense so I am not really sure what you are after.

Go into file>page setup>sheet and in there should be a box "rows to repeat at the top" type a:a for example to repeat row a on each page (or a:b, which will repeat the first 2 rows) - job done!

Actually you need to enter 1:1 to repeat row 1.
