Printing only completed rows in Excel

I have a formatted 3 page, 104 row spread sheet. the rows will be filled over a six month period and will be printed at the end of each month. Is there a way of automatically printing only up to the last row that has dat entered?

Set up your print range down to row 104.

I assume your columns have headers? I also assume that there is one column that always has an entry in it whenever a row has been completed?

If so, highlight the range down to row 104 including the headers.

Select Data->Filter->Autofilter

Dropdown arrows should appear on the header row for each column.

Click on the dropdown arrow next to the column that always contains a value and select Non Blank from the dropdown list.

Your filtered list should now contain only the rows from 1 to 104 that actually have values in them
