Printing in Microsoft Project

Dear ALL

I have a number of activities on my project plan and the many tasks go on to pages of A4, when printing it goes all on to 4 pages.

How do i just make it print on 2 pages and make it look more presenatble?

If it naturally goes to 4 pages, isn't it going to be unreadable if you manage to make it fit on 2?

Long time since I used MS Project, but steps I would normally take to reduce size are reduce default font size, reduce default row height as far as you can without clipping the text or activity bars, and select as short a time span as you can whilst still encompassing all the activities. Then, printing in portrait format can often gain you space because you get more activities in a page that way without the graphics side of things being squeezed too much.

I use the 'copy picture' button and paste into word.
