Printing attachments

  cruiser2 17:12 28 Apr 2008

I am with TalkTalk for broadband, landline and calls.
My phone bill is sent as an attachment by email. I can open the email and attachment and view them on my monitor. I have saved some of them in "My Documents".
When I try to print them, all I get is the first page which is a letter from the Customer Service Director and a few lines about price changes coming into effect in May.
I have not been able to print the itemised bill.
A friend has sent emails with five page attachments which have all printed correctly.
There is nothing wrong with the printer or my PC. Windows XP is installed with all the latest updates.
Any help will be appreciated

I always save the attachment to my desktop and then open it from there - click File menu and Print Preview and you should see all the pages. If the first page is a letter I ignore that and again using File/Print select pages 2-5 (or whatever) to print.
