Hi, I`ve got a problem trying to print an A4 sheet of peel off address labels. There would be 21 labels per sheet. Do I need to download anything or buy software to help me align the printing? Can anyone help please?

Are you using Wrod or similar word processor?

You should be able to configure it to print address labels - in Word 2000 it's via Tools>Envelopes and Labels.

Or Word even...:-)

If you have Word it has the templates built in, if not Avery the label makers have a good prog so I am told.

If you want to use Outlook 2003 contacts list for the labels the the Avery site also does a free software prog you can use.

Thanks everybody. Sorry I didn`t mention it, my OS is XP Pro SP2, and Word. There`s loads of info in what you told me so I`ll act on it. Thank you all

Hi bluto1, I appreciate that you have closed your posting so this is just for information, you can download Avery labels and an icon will appear on your word toolbar but you can also get the software on CD free of charge by giving them a call, their helpline is a freephone number 0800 80 50 20 Monday-Friday 10am-5pm and Wednesday's from 10am-4pm, I have used them for years and when 1st installing the software if will give you the option of getting free samples of labels from them.
