I seem to be having a printer/printing problem, with my (all-in-one) Brother MFC5840CN.
I scanned a hand written signature, written in black. I scanned & saved it as a jpeg in Greyscale (I can never get good images when trying B&White).
I wanted to see which quality was better, so I did a test print. So that I remembered which image was which, I numbered them.
When I printed it, I find that the typed numbers (1 and 2) came out black, as normal, but the signature came out as a sort of red.
All colour cartridges are o.k,,,,, and the black is almost new.
The Minolta 2530DL laser printer provides the correct colour, so I guess its something to do with the Brother machine.
Any idea what’s happening please ?
