Printer printing in reverse order

  la la 08:49 30 Dec 2008

My printer is now printing in reverse order - i.e. if I put in print pages 1 to 4 it prints 4 to 1. Can I do anything easy to fix this ?

Set this up in the printing preferances when you go to 'file' 'print'...

printing from? Is it "Word"? Which version?

This will involve the pages collating configuration - however, have you thought about the fact that the pages will be already in the correct order after printing?

It's an ill wind etc....:-)

I've just taken my oft give advice in these forums when pointing out that Microsoft always provides comprehensive Help sections for every program or applications i.e. I've checked Word's Help pages for this subject. It states:

Print in reverse order

Word can print a document in reverse order, beginning with the last page. Don't select this option if you're printing an envelope.

1) On the Tools menu, click Options and then click the Print tab.

2)Under Printing options, select the Reverse print order check box.
