Printer Installation wizard

I've installed a Brother HL-1430 laser printer (Win XP SP2)which is working OK, but, every time I re-boot the computer, I get a message saying the driver is not Windows compliant with the option of continuing or canceling the installation (even though it's already installed).
Any suggestions on how to kill this annoying message?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the printer driver.

Also try the latest driver from Brothr whic is WHQL certified. click here

I've tried uninstalling and re-installing without success and have also used the latest driver from Brother.

I have also unplugged the USB cable when re-booting, in which case I don't get the message, but it reappears when re-booting with the USB in?
